Hi! My name is Nicole and I'm the Owner of Nico Bella Bakes. My inspiration to start my own baking business stemmed from my first year in culinary school where I discovered just how deep my passion for allergen friendly baking was.
As someone who has been gluten-free for almost 8 years now, I knew I had to cater my business not only to my allergy, but those around me who shared the struggle to find quality gluten-free baked goods. My goal was simple, develop products that would make people eat them and ask "Is this really gluten-free?" and the answer would always be "Yes!" But why stop there? Nico Bella Bakes has many options that also cater to other allergies as well such as dairy-free and vegan options!
Executing my goal was a whole other task. I spent months developing my own recipes, both in school and out, that I use in my products daily. Even now I am still in recipe development making sure I can provide by customers with the highest quality baked goods possible.
